Any incorrect use of the name or the trademark or its use without permission are illegal.

The use of the Sanitized^® brand is permissible only after a corresponding partnership agreement has been signed, with our prior consent and after meeting strict test standards. Its unlawful use can result in civil and criminal prosecution. The Sanitized^® brand may not be used in such a way that it may be confused with a generic designation for a chemical active substance, process or products. Furthermore, it is not to be used for the description of bacteriostatic properties or qualities. It may not be used as a term of description.

The use of the Sanitized^® brand is therefore not permissible in the following instances: "This article has been Sanitized^®", "Our shoes are Sanitized^®", "This is a Sanitized^® garment".
