The more than 70 million nylon 6.6 fibers per m2 create the ideal combination of the comfort of a carpeted floor with the benefits of an elastic and noise-absorbing covering. Knowledge gained from bionics was used for the product: Flotex binds the dust of indoor air, and Sanitized® antimicrobial protection ensures that the mites and bacteria it contains are rendered harmless. Not only allergy sufferers but also the material itself benefit as a result. This prevents the formation of mold and unwanted odors and means the continuation of a perfect floor appearance without spot formation and material fatigue. The relatively new Turkish company (part of NAKSAN Holding) is processing yarns it has manufactured into machine-woven carpets and is distributing them in the domestic market as well as in North Africa, the Near East and Japan.
