bluesign® conference: Textile production chain in the sustainability check

The urgent necessity of handling natural resources responsibly during textile production is the focus of the fourth bluesign® conference. SANITIZED AG, a bluesign® system partner since the very beginning, was present again with a delegation in St. Gallen/CH. The event organizers have succeeded once more in bringing industry, business and science together. Special attention was paid to the practical cases of leading sporting goods manufacturers such as PUMA and adidas as well as MEC, the Canadian sportswear/outdoor cooperative.

The bluesign® system interconnects the entire textile value-added chain: substances harmful to the environment are excluded, and manufacturing processes are monitored.

As a bluesign® system partner, SANITIZED is part of the scrutinized process chain, acts according to these guidelines and offers customers the “best available technology” (BAT) in each case to attain the desired antimicrobial effect.
