When you call our Customer Service Desk, you do not have a call center somewhere in the world on the telephone. We assist you directly from our headquarters in Burgdorf and in several languages.
We value the direct contact with our customers in Asia, the USA and Europe. I am the contact person for technical questions but also for all questions about verification and testing offers as well as the Sanitized® license partnership.
It is always surprising to see products with the Sanitized® brand in various places around the world during my private trips, and often I recall a personal conversation with one of our license partners at the beginning of their project.
